Summer Sessions 2025

Daily and weekly sessions starting July 7th and ending 

Daily/Weekly Program for the summer of 2025

The Hockey House will be hosting daily and week-long summer programs starting Monday July 8th through August 30th, 2024.   Instructors include former Division I players.

Age Groups:

Incoming Mites / Squirts / Peewees

Each day Monday through Friday will run from 9AM-4PM and include an off-ice and skating component.  Staff will help the kids get dressed!

Off-Ice:

-Hockey Specific Skill Training

-Functional Stickhandling

-Footwork Agility

-Explosiveness

-Games and appropriate social activity

On-Ice Treadmill:

-30 mins per day, 2.5 hours total

-Hands-on Individual Stride Correction

-Stride Lengthening

-Increasing Stride Frequency 

-Skating Agility

-Edge Work

-Overspeed

Typical Day:

8:30-9AM Drop off/Open Gym

9-9:30 Warmup/Stretch

9:30-10:30 Off Ice Skills

10:30-10:45 Break

10:45-12 Games

12-1 Lunch/Open Gym

1-2 Treadmill Session

2-3 Competition 

3-4 Games

4-5 Pickup at Hockey House

The last day of every week will feature competitions, challenges, and prizes!

Sneakers, gym attire, hockey equipment, snacks, and water bottle are needed daily.

Water will be provided.

Lunch / Snacks will not be provided but available for purchase.

$499 per player per week.  $400 per additional sibling.

$130 Daily Drop-in. $650 5-pack / $1200 10 pack.

Improved Skating Technique

Hockey treadmills provide a controlled environment where players can focus on their skating technique. Our trainers will analyze and correct stride mechanics, balance, and body positioning to help players skate more efficiently and effectively. Can be utilized by beginners to professionals.

Increased Speed

Regular training on a hockey treadmill can help players develop greater speed, quicker starts with the first few strides and endurance. The constant resistance of the treadmill forces players to work harder, leading to improved cardiovascular fitness and stamina
